Refund & Return Policy

At Eminent Education LLC, we strive to provide high-quality educational consultancy services for Ivy university admissions. However, we understand that our services may not meet every client’s expectations, and we are committed to fair and reasonable refund and return policies.

  1. Refund Policy 1.1 Refund Eligibility: Clients are eligible for a full refund if they request a cancellation within 14 days of signing the service agreement and before any services have been rendered.

1.2 Refund Process: To initiate a refund, clients must submit a written request to [email protected], clearly stating their reasons for requesting a refund. Our customer support team will review the request and process the refund, if eligible, within 10 business days.

1.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

1.4 Exceptions: No refunds will be provided after the 14-day cancellation period or if any services have been rendered, including consultations, essay reviews, or other services outlined in the service agreement.

  1. Service Termination 2.1 Termination by Client: Clients have the right to terminate their service agreement at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

2.2 Termination by Eminent Education LLC: We reserve the right to terminate our services if a client fails to comply with our Terms and Conditions, engages in unethical or illegal activities, or exhibits inappropriate or abusive behavior towards our staff.

  1. Product Returns Our educational consultancy services are non-transferable and non-refundable once services have been rendered. Therefore, we do not offer product returns.
  2. Fees and Costs No additional fees or costs are associated with requesting a refund or terminating our services, provided the request falls within the guidelines outlined in this policy.
